More Tools for Research & Teaching: As of September 21, 2008

1. Sliderocket, a web application that inables you to create and publish presentations online is now out of private beta testing and is open to the public. Read about it at makeuseof.com: Make Beautiful Online Presentations With Sliderocket.

2. Google has added a search capacity for Video Audio. It is called Google Audio Indexing. This tool will allow you to search for words spoken on the video clips. 3. Wes Fryer has a further post on Wikis in eLearning with a mp3 file: Podcast280: Get Wiki With It! Add this to my post on Wikis in eLearning.

4. If you are wanting to create videos for teaching purposes. There are two sites that are helpful beyond YouTube. The first is TeacherTube, which tends to be more geared to primary and secondary education, but does have a college/university section.
